MASSAGE CUPPING

In massage cupping (a modified version of cupping therapy), we use a manual vacuum by placing a cup on the body and “pump” to remove the air inside the cup. There are two techniques: one stationery and one moving. In stationary, the cup is left over knots or inflamed joints and tissues. In moving cups, the strong vacuum mimics the rolling action of deep tissue massage. Skin will redden and strong massage cupping indication circulation has been brought to the surface. The increased local blood supply will nourish the muscles and allows toxins to be flushed out. The sensation of cupping has been described as deep warmth, tingling long after the toxin has ended. The movement may be long and draining or circular and stimulating.

CELLULITE MASSAGE

Massage Cupping is also effective in treating cellulite. A heavier application can be used to stimulate circulation and loosen dimpling. The light suction helps with fluid retention and drainage. The thigh/butt/hip should be treated prior to body service to enhance longer lasting results.
